Privacy Policy

Users are able to navigate some of Cyber Toa’s E-Learning platform without inputting any personally identifying information.
Personally identifying information is only collected upon sign-up or when purchasing a course.
When signing up for the website, users are required to supply;
- A username
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- A password
The above are used for correspondence between ourselves and users, for users to log in to the E-Learning Platform, and for password retrieval for user accounts. Users are also encouraged, but do not have to, supply the company they work for. Cyber Toa staff are able to see all of the above information apart from passwords.
Cyber Toa’s E-Learning Platform uses Stripe as our payment method. Please see the third parties section for more information about Stripe and their privacy policy.
Cyber Toa staff will only share information outside of our company beyond our trusted third parties with a user’s express permission or when required by law. Should there be a breach of the Privacy Act, we will inform affected users.
If users wish, users may request for a copy of the personal information held about them on the Cyber Toa E-Learning Platform. Users may also want a copy of any information held about them on the E-Learning Platform, need to correct this information or want to request for it to be deleted. This can be done on the settings page once a user is logged in. Otherwise, please contact us at [email protected].
Third Parties
We use a third party provider, Stripe, to process our payments. Stripe collects, uses and processes your information, including payment information, in accordance with their privacy policies. You can access their privacy policy here.
Cyber Toa’s E-Learning platform also uses Crisp as it’s chat service. Crisp’s privacy policy can be found here.
Finally, Cyber Toa’s E-Learning Platform uses Google Analytics in order to understand how users interact with our site. Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish between different users and understand how often a particular user may visit our site, how the user got to our site, and the user’s activity while visiting the E-Learning Platform. Cyber Toa’s E-Learning Platform anonymizes IPs. Google developed two resources – How Google Uses Information from Sites or Apps that Use Our Services and Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on – to help provide website visitors more information and choice on how their data is collected when websites use Google services.
Cookies
If users visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if users browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when users close their browser.
When users log in, we will also set up several cookies to save their login information and their screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If users select “Remember Me”, their login will persist for two weeks. If users log out of their account, the login cookies will be removed.
